Livestock Summit coming to Indy

Indiana Soybean Alliance and Indiana Corn Marketing Council are sponsoring the Livestock Summit.

INDIANAPOLIS — A Livestock Summit will be held June 23 in Indianapolis in an effort to strengthen collaboration across the value chain and highlight innovations that support producers.

The event will take place from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the JW Marriott Indianapolis.

Attendees can engage with organizations active in the livestock, grain and sourcing industries — including Elanco Animal Health, Lowe’s Pellets & Grain, United Animal Health, U.S. Dairy Export Council, U.S. Grains & BioProducts Council, U.S. Meat Export Federation, USA Poultry and Egg Export Council, regional livestock member associations and more.

The agenda includes sessions such as:

• Future-Proofing Your Feed Supply: Contracts, Capacity and Trusted Partnerships.

• Strengthening the Farm-to-Food System: Labor, Nutrition and Producer Collaboration.

• Poultry Perspectives: Navigating Food Safety and Environmental Regulation.

• Livestock Operations and Artificial Intelligence.

• Pork Workforce Development Project.

• Fireside Chat with Elanco Animal Health.

• Setting the Stage: The Economic Outlook for U.S. Agriculture and Indiana Producers.

• Driving Opportunity: An Executive Dialogue on Agricultural Trade.

Livestock and grain producers can receive a discounted registration by entering code “MemberIN26.”

The cost of the ticket includes an optional tour of the newly renovated Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum and/or an Indianapolis Indians game at Victory Field, including food and drinks.
