DECATUR, Ill. — GSI will offer a unique, interactive bin display at this year’s Farm Progress Show that demonstrates why a grain bin is not just a container — it’s also a critical tool that farmers can rely on for decades to maximize grain quality and return on investment.
Attendees at the event Aug. 26-28 in Decatur will be able to walk through the display bin, climb the stairs, inspect the roof and much more.
The interactive bin display will also be equipped with the latest GrainVue technology to show how precision grain management and the power of automated rehydration can impact farmers’ bottom line.
“Choosing the right bin goes beyond price per bushel. It’s about ensuring safety, usability, durability and fit for each farmer’s operation,” said Holly McCampbell, GSI marketing specialist.
“Attendees will see and learn about the important things they should consider when making the decision about a bin,” McCampbell said. “From quality doors to floors and unloaders, they will experience the GSI difference.”
New products showcased by GSI at the Farm Progress Show will include:
• With no screens to clean, GSI’s Mixed Flow Dryer helps maintain capacity and reduce downtime, while lower airflow maximizes grain quality and improves fuel efficiency.
• The 15,000-bushel-per-hour VersaLoop chain conveyor boasts a larger 14-inch size that increases capacity to help farmers speed through harvest.
• GSI’s Air Systems with variable speed control save energy, reduce grain damage and cut blower noise in half.
• QuickBolt Tower Stairs are designed with commercial-grade strength and enhanced safety features with non-slip steps and smooth, sturdy handrails.
