University dedicates new animal sciences complex

The Purdue University Department of Animal Sciences recently dedicated the nearly 90,000 square foot Hobart and Russell Creighton Hall of Animal Sciences, which also includes a 24,662 square foot Land O’Lakes Inc. Center for Experiential Learning research facility.

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – Purdue University recently dedicated the new Hobart and Russell Creighton Hall of Animal Sciences building on its West Lafayette campus, which is nearly 90,000 square feet and cost close to $60 million.

“This brand new facility, which wouldn’t have been possible without generous donors, has over 19 halls, and more than 858 students are already having class in the building,” Plaut said.
