ST. LOUIS — The DEKALB and Asgrow seed brands are launching new products for 2026 that provide exclusive genetics and advanced trait protection to help farmers maximize performance in their fields.
The DEKALB lineup features 29 new corn products, including an expanded portfolio of those with SmartStax PRO Technology — the first trait package from Bayer Crop Science with three modes of action for corn rootworm control — and VT4PRO Technology, which provides Bayer’s widest spectrum of insect protection against some of the toughest corn pests.
For farmers facing high corn rootworm pressure, DEKALB products with SmartStax PRO with RNAi Technology provide an improved line of defense against rootworm feeding and also help manage above-ground insects.
VT4PRO offers three built-in modes of action through Trecepta Technology, targeting yield-robbing above-ground pests while also helping farmers manage low to moderate corn rootworm pressure with two below-ground modes of action, including RNAi Technology.
“We’re very excited about the strength of our 2026 new product lineup,” said DEKALB brand manager Jamie Horton. “The combination of the brand’s exclusive genetics, developed through Bayer’s industry-leading breeding program, and advanced insect protection traits will help farmers maximize their yield potential and return on investment.”
Horton added that all new DEKALB products for 2026 will come standard with the Acceleron N-314 seed treatment, which is exclusive to the Acceleron Solutions Offering.
N-314 combines Votivo and fluopyram to help protect corn against the unseen pest — nematodes. This combination provides the only true nematocidal seed treatment with a biological and chemistry for field corn currently in the market.

Asgrow Lineup
Thirteen new Asgrow XtendFlex soybean products will be introduced for next season.
The XtendFlex soybean trait is built on the proven high-yielding Roundup Ready 2 Xtend Technology that farmers know and trust. It offers application flexibility in managing tough-to-control weeds, including waterhemp, Palmer amaranth and marestail.
Five of the new products with XtendFlex Technology will offer tolerance to certain sulfonylurea herbicides, which provide additional weed management flexibility. One new conventional Asgrow variety will also be offered next season.
Brittany Eubank, Asgrow brand manager, noted that all Asgrow XtendFlex products include Acceleron Solutions Offering seed treatment along with defensive agronomics to help protect against key early and mid-season soybean diseases.
“The Asgrow brand has an unwavering focus on soybeans and how we can produce high performance and return on investment for farmers,” Eubank said. “We’re pleased to offer our robust 2026 new product lineup, which further strengthens that commitment.”
