Subsoil moisture supply was rated 12% very short, 25% short, 57% adequate, and 6% surplus. Corn silking reached 85%, compared to the five-year average of 82%. Corn dough reached 25%, compared to the five-year average of 28%. Corn condition was rated 5% very poor, 12% poor, 33% fair, 44% good, and 6% excellent. Soybeans blooming reached 77%, compared to the five-year average of 76%. Soybeans setting pods reached 41%, compared to the five-year average of 46%. Soybean condition was rated 5% very poor, 12% poor, 35% fair, 42% good, and 6% excellent. Pasture and hay regrowth were spurred by rains.
