Jasper County Fair continues longstanding tradition in Rensselaer

RENSSELAER, Ind. — The 102nd Jasper County Fair will be held July 25-Aug. 1, featuring an “America 250” patriotic theme in celebration of the country’s 250th year.

The fair will feature 4-H exhibits, livestock competitions, carnival attractions and nightly entertainment.

The 2026 Jasper County Fair “Got Talent” Competition will be held at 7 p.m. July 27 in the Community Building.

Other highlights include:

• July 25 — Mud drags, 7 p.m.

• July 26 — Truck and tractor pull, 6 p.m.

• July 28 — ATV rodeo, 7 p.m.

• July 29 — D&D Pro Rode, 7 p.m.

• July 30 — Queen City Stunt Circus, 7 p.m.

• July 31 — Monster trucks, 7 p.m.

• Aug. 1 — Demolition derby, 7 p.m. with fireworks following.

Visitors can enjoy free nightly concerts at 7 p.m. on the Free Stage.

On July 26, Twisty Kristy Balloons will be in the Big Tent from 2 to 7 p.m. Also in the Big Tent, Rob Thompson ​the Magician will perform at 4, 5 and 6 p.m. July 31 and Aug. 1.

Throughout the week families can check out the Dino Adventures Educational Show, a foam dance party and other free events.​​

Established in 1925, the Jasper County Fair recently celebrated its 100-year milestone and remains one of the county’s signature summer events.
