Roseville, Illinois

ROSEVILLE, Ill. — For the first time in nearly 40 years, the Warren County Fair Association is building a new facility as the fair approaches its 100th anniversary.

Established in 1928, the fair is planning a groundbreaking this year to start the construction of a multipurpose building, the Pattee Pavilion.

Sitting at the entrance of the fairgrounds, the new building will serve as the cornerstone and face of the fair.

This building will provide a dedicated home for the general project, floriculture and horticulture shows. It will include a covered patio with a serving window.

It will house a fair office, meeting rooms, restrooms, a fully compliant kitchen and pageant queen areas.

In addition, the building will feature flexible space that can be used throughout the year by the community.

All are invited to become part of the legacy to raise the final $250,000 to make the vision a reality and have construction of the building completed in time for the 100th fair in 2028. All donations will go directly toward building costs.

Gifts of over $100,000 will be honored with naming opportunities, a way for people to leave a legacy for generations to come.
