Soybeans blooming reached 20%, compared to 19% last year, and the five-year average of 21%. Soybeans setting pods reached 4%, compared to 2% last year, and the five-year average of 3%. Soybean condition was rated 3% very poor, 6% poor, 27% fair, 55% good, and 9% excellent.

Winter wheat harvested reached 61%, compared to 54% last year, and the five-year average of 59%. Winter wheat condition was rated 2% very poor, 4% poor, 25% fair, 51% good, and 18% excellent.

Pasture and range conditions were rated 2% very poor, 6% poor, 27% fair, 58% good, and 7% excellent.
