Corn planted reached 93%, compared to 93% last year, and the five-year average of 96%. Corn emerged reached 81%, compared to 81% last year, and the five-year average of 86%. Corn condition was rated 2% very poor, 5% poor, 24% fair, 59% good, and 10% excellent.

Soybeans planted reached 90%, compared to 88% last year, and the five-year average of 91%. Soybeans emerged reached 75%, compared to 75% last year, and the five-year average of 77%. Soybeans condition was rated 2% very poor, 4% poor, 27% fair, 59% good, and 8% excellent.

Winter wheat headed reached 90%, compared to 95% last year, and the five-year average of 93%. Winter wheat condition was rated 1% very poor, 4% poor, 22% fair, 58% good, and 15% excellent.
