Strawberry Milk Italian Soda

Celebrate June Dairy Month with a refreshing Strawberry milk Italian soda. This fruity milk is a great way to get in a dairy serving. Try flavored sparkling water, such as strawberry or black cherry, to create your own custom flavor.

Ingredients

1 cup low-fat milk

3 Tablespoons strawberry syrup

1/2 cup of sparkling water

Ice Whipped cream for garnish (optional)

Procedure

Add milk and strawberry syrup to a glass. Stir to combine well.

Add a handful of ice.

Slowly pour in the sparkling water.

Stir gently to mix the ingredients together without losing too much of the carbonation.

Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream, if desired.
