Sheep Show
SALEM, Ind. — The Washington County Sheep Association and Washington County Fair Board are hosting an Open Sheep Show, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. ET June 1 at the Washington County Fairgrounds Livestock Pavilion, 118 Fair St., Salem.
Classes will include market lambs, breeding ewes, rams and showmanship. Sheep may begin arriving at 8 a.m.. Weigh-in will be from 8:30 to 10 a.m., and the show will start at 12:30 p.m. with showmanship classes.
The Sheep Association will sell lamb concessions along with chips and drinks beginning at 11 a.m. Cinnamon rolls and drinks will available for breakfast.
