Wreath Workshop
CARLINVILLE, Ill. — The Youth Holiday Wreath Workshop will be 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. Nov. 29 at the Macoupin County Extension office, 60 Carlinville Plaza, Carlinville.
Get into the holiday spirit and use nature’s bounty to build a beautiful wreath. Natural materials such as fresh evergreens, foliage, pine cones and berries will be provided and are included in the registration fee.

URBANA, Ill. — The Four Seasons Gardening Webinar Series program Planning and Growing Vegetables through the Seasons will be 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Nov. 28.

Porch Pots
FREEPORT, Ill. — The Fall Garden Series program Evergreen Porch Pots will be from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Nov 28 at the Krape Park Community Building, 1799 Park Blvd., Freeport.
Summer is over, and our container gardens have finished blooming; before you put them in the shed, consider making them into decorative evergreen porch pots for the winter season. As part of the class, participants will make a porch pot of their own to take home. All supplies provided.

The program will provide an overview about the importance of physical activity, and review terms, recommendations and benefits of physical activity. There will be a movement break included for participants and an opportunity for them to set a personal movement goal.
