Calendar: Christmas ornament workshop

ALBION, Ill. — Edwards County Extension will be offering a Tag-A-Long Cloverbud Workshop from 9 to 11 a.m. CST Dec. 18 at the Extension office, 350 N. Gift wrapping workshop

MACOMB, Ill. — The 4-H Gift Wrapping Workshop will be from 4 to 5 p.m. CST Dec. 20 at the McDonough County 4-H Center, 3022 W. .Jackson St., Macomb. Youths 8-18 will learn how to wrap a boxed gift, when to use a gift bag, how to make a bow, and how to add a special twist to your gift wrap. Participants will need to bring one item to wrap. Holiday Cookie Challenge

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. — The Holiday Cookie Challenge will be from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. EST Dec. 21 in the 4-H Meeting Room at the Fairgrounds, 3901 S US Hwy 41, Terre Haute. 4-H members in grades 3-12 will bake and decorate a variety of holiday favorites to bring home. Holiday craft workshop

JERSEYVILLE, Ill. — 4-H members and nonmembers will create holiday gnomes and mason jar treats at a holiday craft workshop at the Jersey County Extension office, 201 W. Exchange St., Jerseyville. The junior workshop for ages 5 to 7 will be from 10 to 11:30 a.m. CST Dec. 21, and the senior workshop for ages 8 to 18 will be from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Dec. 21.
