The Andersons continues to generate strong cash flows

MAUMEE, Ohio (AP) — The Andersons Inc. reported third-quarter profit of $20.1 million.

On a per-share basis, the Ohio-based company said it had net income of 59 cents. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, came to 84 cents per share.

The agriculture company posted revenue of $2.68 billion in the period.

Andersons shares have climbed 15% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Nov. 4, shares hit $46.41 — a climb of slightly more than 1% in the last 12 months.
