From the Fields: In the bin

We just finished up harvest. We have a few acres of double-crop soybeans that aren’t quite mature or ready for harvest yet. But otherwise, all of our corn and soybeans are harvested and in the bin.

We’re getting our soil test results back. We’re looking at those to determine which acres will need lime, based on those tests. We’ll be applying some nitrogen and other fertilizer this fall, as well.
