LEBANON, Ind. — A high-caliber 602±-acre farmland offering with 595.57 FSA cropland acres and a strong Whole Farm Surety WAPI of 172.6 will be sold at public auction on March 31, according to Geswein Farm & Land.

The offering spans Tippecanoe, Clinton and Montgomery counties in west-central Indiana. In addition to strong soils and scale, the property features extensive pattern tile and drainage investment, supporting consistent performance and long-term productivity — key value drivers for serious operators and farmland investors.

The live auction will be held at Ulen Country Club, 100 Country Club Drive, Lebanon, with bidding beginning at 10 a.m. ET, and will be simulcast with online and phone bidding available for registered bidders.

“This is the kind of farm that rarely becomes available at public sale with the scale, quality and format that gives buyers flexibility,” said Johnny Klemme, auctioneer and farmland adviser with Geswein Farm & Land. “This is a rare opportunity for farmers to add quality acres in a tight land market.”

The property will be offered in seven tracts using the Buyer’s Choice Auction format, allowing bidders to pursue individual tracts, combinations, or the full offering.

Bidder information, maps and due diligence materials are available at gfarmland.com.
