CRAWFORDSVILLE, Ind. — Jason Bane, sales manager at Bane-Welker Equipment, has been selected to the North American Case IH Dealer Advisory Board.

He was one of 13 members in North America in six sales regions to be selected. He is one of three dealers representing the eastern region.

Dealers serving on the board will engage in strategic discussions with Case IH leadership to ensure the direction appropriately grows the Case IH brand, meets the demands of both present and future producers and is beneficial to dealers, Case IH and, most of all, the customers.

Case IH corporate realizes the value of a diverse team of dealers, who see the needs of customers firsthand and on a daily basis.

“We have structured our new Dealer Advisory Board to recognize the diversity of our network of dealers,” said Melissa Griffin, director of Network Development, Case IH, NAFTA. “This will ensure all dealers have a distinct delegated voice through the Dealer Advisory Board process. The input from these individuals will be invaluable.”

Bane is looking forward to serving on the board.

Bane-Welker Equipment, founded in 1967 by Kenneth and Patricia Bane, is an agriculture equipment company representing Case IH and other complementary brands.

Bane-Welker offers new and used equipment, parts, sales, service, precision farming, online parts sales and customer support. The company operates 10 stores in Indiana, including Crawfordsville, La Crosse, Lebanon, Remington, Terre Haute, Pendleton, Plymouth, Winamac and Wingate, and three stores in Ohio, including Eaton, Wilmington and Georgetown. In 2018, the company became 100 percent employee owned.
