BOURBONNAIS, Ill. – “Roses” is the title of a program to be presented at 10 a.m. April 1 at Kankakee County Extension office, 1650 Commerce Drive, Bourbonnais.

Holly Froning, master gardener coordinator, will discuss the many types of roses available, how to select the right one, the proper way to plant and care for roses, and some of the pests that may be encountered in the rose garden.
