A: After years of heavy investment and technological successes, our U.S. seeds business is one of the fastest-growing in the industry. We’re experiencing this rapid growth through multiple brands.

Our goal is to accelerate the growth through our great people, channel partners and one of the best pipelines of genetics and traits in the industry.

We’re also capitalizing on the breadth of our total portfolio across seeds and crop protection, including the Enlist Weed Control System for corn, soybeans and cotton. Regulatory approvals are pending for the Enlist system.

Q: Are you excited to be back?

A: The diversity of roles, crops, technologies and geographies, along with the growth the company experienced, has provided constant learning. I’ve been blessed to work with and for many world-class people along the way who have all expanded my scope of thinking, as well as reinforced the value of good leadership.

Q: What new innovation and technology excites you?

A: We have a robust and diverse pipeline across both seeds and crop protection. There has never been a more exciting time to work for or with Dow AgroSciences.
