Crop harvest progressing OK in west-central Indiana

Hello again from Terre Haute. My apologies for missing last
week. Harvest is progressing along really nicely. We are finished with
first-crop soybeans and going to start cutting double-crop beans today, Nov. 4.
The double crops look like they are going to be good. They did get frosted a
while back, but they were far enough along that I think they will be good beans.
We are over half done with corn, and for the most part the
corn has been above average. We have wheat growing and looking good. We had
three inches of rain last weekend that kicked us out of the fields for a few
days, but the ground is back in pretty good shape again. I hope you all have a
safe second half of harvest.
