Celebrate Halloween 2020

Halloween 2020 will be one to remember! Much has changed, but the love for fun and fright is as strong as ever. This year, Halloween falls on a Saturday and will showcase a spooky full moon. Enjoy the day, celebrate together with family activities, and don’t forget you can wear your costume all day.

Have fun making recipes for scary spiders, pumpkin face quesadillas and orange pumpkins and banana ghosts.

Try these fun ideas to celebrate Halloween 2020:

-- Learn about pumpkins and try a new pumpkin recipe

-- Visit your local pumpkin patch.

-- Create Halloween cards for friends and family.

-- Gather some snacks and jump in the car and drive around looking at Halloween decorations. You will be surprised how many people decorate their house for Halloween.

-- Organize a scary Halloween scavenger hunt; give everyone lists of Halloween-themed things to look for that are hidden outside, don’t forget to hide candy for an extra surprise.

-- Enjoy a Halloween movie night.

-- Go on a family walk together in costume and take funny pictures along the way to share.

-- Have a “haunted dinner.” Create a spooky feast and dress up in your costume Have a contest for the spookiest food or best costume

-- Host a Halloween Zoom Party, share scary stories and have a best costume contest. Drop off goodie bags ahead of time for Zoom guests to enjoy.
